Role:

  • Build the value stream 3 years release plan and vision for our targeted segments and ensure the consistency and delivery of our regular releases to reach our ambitions. Communicate to extended team and various stakeholders (LoB leaders, Segments leaders, Aveva, ETAP, ...)
  • Lead the prioritisation decisions at the level of the value stream and ensure consistency and business outcome for the value stream in collaboration with Epics Owners
  • Manage the alignment in terms of roadmap development, budget and release commitments with all stakeholders that are contributing to the ESX solution: LoBs, segments, ESX domains, Industry BU, Aveva, software companies ...
  • Coordinate value stream team and ensure the right capacity to deliver roadmap in terms of resources and budget supported by the portfolio manager in the daily execution animation.
  • In coordination with the Marketing, solution architect and Deployment leaders and in the frame of the EcoStruxure Power global program, identify the offer gaps and define the relevant Solutions to be developed for mission critical segments that will significantly impact our Business
  • Be the single point of contact for value stream communication to ESX Core Team and ESX Board
  • Ensure business outcome performance management. Define relevant KPIs to measure business performance of the value stream in collaboration with ESX deployment team
  • Lead the customer feedback loop and customer engagement all along the release development
  • Required competencies:


    • Proven experience in marketing and/or project management
    • Ideal but not mandatory knowledge and experience: Solutions, Systems, Services, electrical distribution internal offer (connected products), Software, Communication protocols
    • Desire to innovate. Entrepreneur spirit. Customer focused.
    • Passionate with digitization: how it is changing our environment and how to make the best of it
    • Strong leadership capacities within an international, multi Lobs/BUs and changing environment
    • Very good collaboration skills
    • Understanding of Agility at scale
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Fluent in English

    The position is based in US, ideally Nashville or Boston

    International travels (20% of time)
