TK Elevator is seeking an ITS Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA.
The ITS customer service representative supports the ITS Support Call Center through routing of incoming support calls, and support call reporting.
Essential Job Functions
- CSR Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming support calls, screening for eligibility (TKE employee)
- Manually dispatches and directs calls to appropriate field engineer
- Provides 7am to 5pm phone coverage
- Completing daily call sheet for the following business day
- Administrative CSR Responsibilities:
- Maintain various phone support call reports and other various reporting for management
- Abandoned Support Call Reporting
- Remedy Reports
- Field engineering phone support coverage schedules
- Distribute Weekly Tool Box Talk and maintain spreadsheet
- Update and maintain employee phone list
- Create and maintain employee safety files
Who we are looking for
- High School Diploma
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Previous administrative, reception, and/or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Multi-line phone experience
