Primary Purpose: Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for referred patients in order to restore function, prevent disability, reduce pain and return the patient to maximum function. Follow hospital and department policies related to documentation, attendance, education, etc. Knowledge and Skills

Education: Degree in physical therapy from approved APTA school; must be licensed to practice physical therapy or licensure eligible in the applicable state.

Years of Experience: Prefer one year experience; will consider new graduates. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
