What You’ll Do: 

Condado General Managers are responsible for maintaining the overall feel, look, and general success for their individual location.  The ideal General Manager candidate must possess the following abilities:

 

• Passion for the industry including the highest steps of service, guest interaction, internal development with hourly employees and management teams


• Always put the guest experience above numbers


• Ensuring every item that is delivered to the guest meets the high standards for quality and presentation set by Condado


• Constant awareness of the aesthetics in the restaurant and setting the standard for the rest of the staff in their location, region, and Condado as a whole


• Setting the highest expectations for recruitment, hiring, and training


• Building goodwill within the community


• Continuously developing new ways to boost sales


• Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health

 


Compensation: 

• 
  $70,000 annual salary with potential to make up to $120,000 ($50,000 potential bonus).
