 The Conference Producer will manage the strategic development and oversee content implementation for 4-6 conferences annually with a focus on achieving revenue, customer satisfaction and market share goals. With responsibility for the selection and management of volunteer centric expert conference planning committees, the Conference Producer will be the primary content liaison for internal and external stakeholders and will ensure their products align with overarching Association initiatives.

What you'll do

•    Manage the development of innovative and creative programs using metrics and data. You'll conduct research, analyze historical participant data, evaluations and surveys to maximise applicable content resources, ensuring the virtual and onsite versions of conferences are aligned. This role will see you being part of the full A-Z event management process, from creative inception to delivery and financial follow up.

•    Act as primary liaison for conference planning committees including selection and management of volunteer and technical committee members, along with speakers and key notes in accordance with organizational standards.  

•    Regularly review data, including predictive models and registration reports to monitor revenue and contribution status.

•    Partner with internal and external resources to contribute to the development and support event execution with the primary focus on driving revenue and growth, activities include marketing, operational logistics, communications, creative services and exhibit and sponsorship sales.

Who you are?

You'll be an excellent communicator, adept at building relationships both internally and externally

You'll have a strong financial accumen and proven experience managing budgets 

4-6 years experience in a Conference Producer role

You'll have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
