Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

The Digital Products Associate Manager is responsible for the daily execution, reporting, and optimization of Panda's owned digital platforms - website & mobile app - to deliver a best-in-class digital experience and continuously drive digital sales. This position helps define the digital technology roadmap for Panda and ensure flawless delivery of all digital enhancements. The Digital Products Associate Manager works closely with the Digital Experience team, internal IS team, and various agency & vendor partners to achieve Panda's long-term digital vision.

Descriptions:

* Measures, monitors, and analyzes user performance across Panda's web and mobile app platforms as well as key competitors to uncover new opportunities to drive conversion and grow digital sales.

* Manages product development roadmap and backlog, partnering with the digital platforms agency to ensure requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance criteria are properly completed for all digital solutions.

* Reviews all new releases and completes user acceptance testing, providing final approval for go-live with no outages.

* Supports internal Panda requests for ongoing updates to web, app, and other key technology platforms to enable on-time launch of new marketing campaigns.

* Collaborates closely with internal (IS) team and external agencies and vendor partners to implement technical enhancements for digital platforms.

* Provides tracking and management of all digital products budgets to ensure proper spend of development dollars.






JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required

* Minimum five years of consumer-facing digital products management and/or user experience; e-commerce related experience preferred

* Successful completion of annual store training.

* If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card which includes your name, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered.
