What You’ll Do: 

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the overall feel, look, and general success for the front of house! 

Responsibilities: 

• 
  Manage the daily shift 
  


• 
  Continual improvement and focus of the guest experience, service, and interaction 
  


• 
  Quality control of food and beverage 
  


• 
  Maintain energy and overall ambiance including music, lighting, and cleanliness 
  


• 
  Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training and development of hourly employees 
  


• 
  Assist GM in planning, budgeting, forecasting financials, and P&L 
  


• 
  Administer human resources and risk management compliance issues 
  


• 
  Scheduling and labor control 
  

 


Compensation: 

• $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary with potential to make up to $63,125 ($3,125 potential bonus).
