Job Description:

Facility: First PREMIER Bank

Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

We are looking to add a qualified BSA Compliance Analyst to our PREMIER team!  Compliance is responsible for providing an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve First PREMIER Bank operations. transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, complete, and file SAR's.


• Review and file CTR's.


• Complete compliance reviews.


• Disposition BSA related suspicious activity alerts. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred and/or 3 to 5 years of industry experience preferably in a banking or financial organization.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Exceptional verbal and written skills. 


• Must be a critical thinker – collect and evaluate information, draw a conclusion, and propose a solution.


• Ability to multitask and think outside of the box.
