Solution Lead

Experience: 8+ years

The candidate should have some combination of major and secondary skills from the list below.

Major skills: Cloud platforms like Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Cloudera, Python, PySpark, Talend, Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI.

Secondary skills: APIs, Integrations, Docker/Kubernetes, CICD, DevOps, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, ETL Processes, Data Virtualization, Data Catalogs, Master Data Management and Machine Learning

Current knowledge of industry and business process trends and ability to apply knowledge to existing business processes.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies.

Broad understanding of current capabilities and limitations of existing systems. Knowledge of IT functions and services with deep technical expertise in multiple areas.

Ability to manage large vendor resource teams, many of whom are likely to be offshore or nearshore, as part of agile delivery.

Responsibilities:

Responsible and Accountable for the overall execution and delivery of services across projects assigned on the Analytics POD.

This person in partnership with Product Owners as well as Solution and Data Engineering teams to handle risks in the backlog and supervise and control the timeliness and quality of work.

Responsible for all activities related to intake of demand.

This includes understanding scope, requirements, budget, timelines, etc.

Work with Engagement Manager to put in SOW details after understanding requirements from BT / Business.
