As the Retailer Communication Specialist you will be responsible for providing support services to retailers, BMW field staff, and other areas of New Business. You will be responsible for electronic contract (eContract) training, implementation, and quality assurance including terms/tax validation and enforceability verification (correct and complete) and for supporting and growing the use of e-contracting. You will assist the New Business Department and Dealers by answering credit and funding related inquiries. You will also perform testing and provide quality assurance for changes in the originations platform.
