Who we are looking for

The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for development, planning and governance of State Street’s operational footprint transformation.

What you will be responsible for


  • Owns the development of a three-year footprint strategy for the global delivery organization that is data-driven and enables a an effective service delivery model.


  • Understands State Street’s current and target operating model.


  • Organizes facts and data to enable decision-making that achieves the best outcome for the organization.


  • Understands the impact of change on key stakeholder groups (clients, regulators, employees, shareholders and partners)


  • Establishes program milestone planning and sequencing.


  • Ensures stakeholders are engaged and aligned on the strategy and execution plan

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • 14+ years of work experience


  • MBA or CFA preferred


  • Financial analysis skills


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Additional requirements


  • Appreciation of multicultural work environment


  • Ability to work across global time zones as required


  • Experience working in a large, global operating environment undergoing model change; Financial Services industry experience preferred


  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively with an executive audience
