Sr. Financial Analyst- 5E

 

Position Summary

 

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with Area Sales teams to deliver Customer Sales reporting and analytics along with enhancements to current dashboard platforms. The SFA will interact with multiple functions and levels across the company as well as all lines of business. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to recommend and/or influence data driven decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Prepare and maintain EMT and SLT level reporting and presentations, including materials for the quarterly Whiteboard/IMRP meetings, Earnings releases, and Board Meetings.


• Support Customer Sales teams with detailed financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly recurring basis that impact current and future sales negotiations.


• Streamline processes for reporting while also increasing the level of automation where possibl


• Work with DT to Design, implement, and train dashboard reporting to revolutionize our business.


• Expand the use of current tools to create visual reporting packages.


• Create insights from data to inform stakeholders and influence data driven decision making.


• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Sales teams along with back office functions to drive customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements

 

• Five (5) years of experience as a financial analyst or an accounting related position.


• Previous financial reporting and presentation experience preferred.


• Ability to create and analyze financial reports.


• Must have strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint.


• PowerBI experience is preferred.


• Attention to detail and accuracy is required.


• Effectively communicate and present analysis and recommendations to business partners and management.


• Excellent problem-solving ability.


• Must maintain strong organizational skills in order to progress multiple initiatives at a time.

 

Education

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.

 

Working Conditions: We offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in local office and up to 2 days working remotely each week.  Travel 25% of the time may be required.
