Role Summary

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll join our Data & Digital team helping us lead, design and build our digital transformation and define what’s next for our business—while working in an organization that’s continuously investing in data and systems.

Focusing on Product Management, you will serve as the product owner to support critical business processes and drive tangible value to the organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams to collaborate with business and engineering teams to groom the epics and stories that will deliver innovative solutions for internal and external customers  


• Work closely with business partners to drive improvement in key business metrics and provide customer-friendly product experiences


• Provide thought leadership on how to solve ambiguous and complex problems, interface with executive leadership, and engage in business, engineering, and operational collaboration


• Engage with stakeholders to understand our most pressing business opportunities and priorities and work with them to produce a strategy, product roadmap and execution plan for digital innovation


• Build deep business domain expertise, product and technical knowledge to translate business problems into strategic product roadmaps, requirements, and insights, including long-term vision, for end-to-end solution delivery.


• Develop Epics and User Stories, and effectively work with the engineering teams to prioritize and manage the backlog


• Develop and implement product plans and manage communication and engagement with key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle


• Effectively engage with technical teams to deliver features with minimal ambiguity and clear use cases/acceptance criteria; include/exclude the right set of user stories to deliver the most impact

Education/Certifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or other related discipline from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter

 

Additional Information: Crown Castle is a federal contractor and the COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment by your start date to comply with Executive Order 14042.
