We are now building out the team that will be focused on shaping ZimVie’s exciting future — we hope you’ll consider being part of it! Provides support to Customer Service and sales by creating, maintaining and reporting: global price lists, discounts, promotions and customer files for sales and other requirements. Captures and converts data into executable functional reports using Oracle software and other related products.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Documents business requirements and creates applicable reports in a timely manner. 2. Work with internal and external resources to implement system improvements 3. Enter new customer data, update global price lists, discounts and promotions. 4. Respond in timely manner to all requests by Customer Service Representatives for Oracle and supporting program related issues. 5. Create new and run various reports for customer account management for global sales teams and internal customers 6. Performs related duties as required.

Expected Areas of Competence

Must have understanding of business processes related to Customer Service and Sales Thorough understanding of Oracle System, and Customer Service user requirements. Ability to interact with co-workers and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook

Education/Experience Requirements

HS diploma plus two (2) to three (3) years related experience.
