Seeking Director/Senior Director, Compensation Consultant

A&M's Compensation & Benefits practice is currently seeking a Director/Senior Director with key expertise dealing with sales compensation and broad-based compensation benchmarking and design. The ideal candidate will work with our team of professionals to advise companies of all sizes on various compensation matters, with specific responsibilities related to compensation benchmarking, broad-based salary grades, sales and incentive compensation, and executive compensation. Compensation Statement:
The total compensation is based on level, years of experience, location, education, certifications, cost of living, and several other factors. The total compensation range is a good faith estimate with non-guaranteed discretionary elements.
Total Compensation Range (inclusive of discretionary annual incentive): Low: $110,000 - High: $300,000
Benefits Summary:
Regular full-time and part-time employees (working at least 30 per week) are entitled to an allotment of paid time off comprised of vacation, sick, and personal time as determined by their position and length of service.
