The purpose of the Sales Analyst position is to support the zone field office within the Auto Sales division. In this position, you will train to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative in the future. The Sales Analyst plays a key role in Zone sales operations and provides support for our dealer network, zone management, corporate headquarters, and field staff.  

At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities. A typical day as a Zone Sales Analyst will include:

• Generating management reports, creating presentations, handling special projects, and conducting sales analysis.


• Providing support to zone management in all dealer meetings and zone communication.


• Training to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative and learn behind the scenes of our sales operations.

We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as a Zone Sales Analyst, you must have:

• Bachelor’s in business, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing


• 0-2 years of work experience plus sales/customer service experience


• A passion for the automotive industry


• Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential


• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills


• Excellent organizational and communication skills required


• Prior experience in the retail/wholesale industry, preferably automotive


• Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis preferred


• Position requires travel as well as possible nights and weekends


• Future relocation is required
