The Opportunity:

As a Southwest Regional Recruiter for Chubb you will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, recruiting qualified experienced and early career prospects to fill open opportunities throughout Chubb.  The successful candidate will draw on their knowledge of full cycle recruitment to proactively identify top talent while providing a best-in-class experience to candidates and internal clients alike.

Responsibilities:


  • Drive recruiting strategy, acting as a subject matter expert, to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Identify, attract, and build a talent pipeline of a diverse array of prospects for an aligned business area, making assessments and recommendations on talent in the market

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of talent profiles to achieve hiring needs

  • Manage the candidate experience ensuring quality interaction with Chubb during the recruitment process

  • Uncover passive and active talent utilizing innovative sourcing strategies

  • Employ recruitment tools, driving continuous improvement for tools and processes, to ultimately track critical recruiting data for reporting initiatives

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large firm or agency; experience with the insurance industry a plus.

  • Background developing strategic working relationships with internal and external clients

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and interpret complex business needs and business structure

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • First-rate multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience influencing and driving towards results

  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience a plus), data management, CRMs and Microsoft Office applications.
