Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to aid in the overall curb appeal at our small, quaint apartment community on Lake Avenue in Metairie:  Park Oaks apartments.  The Grounds Maintenance Technician keeps the grounds, pools and buildings neat, clean and tidy.  

No experience?  No worries!  We will provide you with the training needed to be successful and to grow within our organization.

As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds, buildings and pools neat, clean and tidy.  You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow your career in the apartment maintenance industry! 

Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and, will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
