Leverage your Operations Management / Store Management / General Management leadership experience where you have effectively led personnel, met customer expectations and enforced procedural and/or process compliance and initiatives.  This Commercial Operations Manager position is located in Norcross/Peachtree Corners, GA.

A strong background in Service and Installation personnel management, to include managing skilled field labor crews, office personnel, managers and adept at managing the P&L and enforcing improvement initiatives, coupled with a well-rounded business acumen and the ability to bring effective team building strategies are important for this role.

Position Overview:



  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial Service and Installation departments

  • Effectively control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations

  • Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer

  • Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve

  • Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical and mechanical troubleshooting

  • Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through regular coaching of managers and yearly performance reviews

  • Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees

  • Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality service has been provided; occasional travel to job sites as necessary

  • Effectively develop and lead monthly safety meetings, department meetings and P&L reviews

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:



  • Minimum five (5) years’ managerial experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficient with Windows based programs and preferably experienced with ERP/CRM systems

  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems

  • Good driving record and valid driver’s license required

  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.
