RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in Andover, MA is seeking a Finance/Consolidations Manager to join their team. This client is a manufacturing company. This company provides excellent long-term growth to employees. This is also an opportunity to move from accounting to finance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Finance/Consolidations Manager will create consolidated financial statements


• Prepare and review journal entries


• As a Finance/Consolidations Manager, you will maintain related SOX controls


• Perform other projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• CPA certification with public foundation


• 5+ years of experience with SEC/reporting/technical background


• Excellent Excel skills
