Responsible for the transparency reporting requirements for the Company including Open Payments (U.S. Sunshine Act), state-level reporting, and related US-based certifications concerning Health Care Professional (HCP) spend. Primary role is to work across key stakeholders to provide timely financial information, internally and externally, to facilitate timely regulatory reporting and policy compliance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete transparency reporting for US Sunshine and State-level HCP spend reporting requirements are met with proper sub-certifications and certifications


• Work closely with US & Canada Compliance and Global Compliance Monitoring to understand and adapt to updated regulations and new reporting requirements


• Validate and correct data as necessary


• With US & Canada Compliance, assist with, or being a subject matter expert for, training US-based team members and indirect sales representatives on transparency reporting requirements


• Work with IT, Compliance, and other functions to ensure systems are updated and adapt to new or augmented reporting requirements


• Coordinate with finance and compliance teams to ensure proper policy, process and controls related to interactions with higher risk vendors, customers, and screened business partners. Deliver ongoing training related to key requirements to drive compliance.


• Coordinates annual vendor and customer scrub process across the global organization to ensure compliance with accounting policy on screened business partners.


• Identify ways to streamline data collection and validation through ongoing process improvements

Education/Experience Requirements

• B.S. in accounting, finance or related field.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required in finance, data analysis or accounting role.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10%
