At College Success Foundation, we provide students with the inspiration, mentoring, counseling and financial support they need to navigate their individual path to college completion. Since 2000, College Success Foundation has been supporting low-income, underserved students those who might not otherwise get to college without our help. We do everything in our power to help students succeed! With our unique integrated system of supports and scholarships starting as early as middle school, we have helped 10,000 students graduate from college! Join us and help change lives through education. Currently College Success Foundation is recruiting for a Parent Engagement Specialist to join our team.

The Parent Engagement Specialist promotes direct enrollment in college by educating parents from diverse backgrounds about the college readiness and enrollment process. The Specialist helps parents of high school students build the knowledge and skills required to ensure they can help students make informed college choices. The Specialist will use both universal and targeted outreach to engage parents from diverse backgrounds. The Specialist will develop partnerships required to ensure parent engagement in CSF workshops and events.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in fields related to parent engagement, youth development, education, teaching or counseling.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
