This role will focus on promotion of our radio test products into the US commercial & tactical market, including radio OEMs, service and repair centers, and radio customers.

This role works mainly with commercial customers in the US market on functionality, integration, and technical problem solving using our radio test solutions, but also includes covering military customers.

This role supports the radio test sales, PLM, and business development team in growing our sales order bookings for our existing and future customer base.

Main responsibilities include:


  • Work with U S sales channel and product line management to promote radio test products.
  • Help identify and create new sales opportunities, programs, and projects in US region.
  • Provide technical and product marketing assistance to regional sales managers, sales representatives, distributors, and customers.
  • Promote products by participating in industry technical meetings and trade shows.
  • Provide product demonstration and training to customers.
  • Visit customers for on-site and pre/post-sales support as required.
  • Provide both hardware and software demo/support for radio test equipment to customers in US region.
  • Work closely with regional sales/technical team and US factory team to resolve technical issues.
  • Be a first point of contact for customers via email/phone.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key customers.
  • Provide feedback on potential new functionality and growth opportunities.
  • As time permits, assist with general day-to-day tasks associated with running of the radio test business. This includes product marketing, submitting product development ideas, regional technical assistance (possibly outside the US), etc.
  • The candidate will be educated to degree level in Telecommunication/Computer/Electronics engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in radio/RF related industry strongly preferred.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills; ability to logically analyze technical issues and determine potential causes.

  • Knowledge of radio OEMs, service and repair centers, and their personnel will be a benefit.
  • Knowledge of Excel will be advantageous.
  • Able to provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Possess initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently, and a team player.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication skills and customer oriented.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently (50%).
