Job Description:

U.S. Silica is a global performance materials company and a leading producer of commercial silica used in a wide range of industrial applications and in the oil and gas industry. Essential Job Functions:

• Safely manage air rotary and diamond core drilling


• Logging and characterizing drill samples


• Drill sample data interpretation- rock types, structure, etc.


• Field sampling


• Surveying drill collar locations


• Assisting in lands management, staking claims, and working with lease holders as needed


• Assist the managers with mine design as needed
