Participate in 90-day training program designed to provide a comprehensive overview of Netsmart's sales process by teaching strategic selling skills, in depth industry knowledge, comprehensive solution instruction and strategic messaging application
Responsibilities
Actively participate in training to learn the tools, knowledge and experience necessary to manage all aspects of the sales process.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Outstanding relationship building skills
Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational and analytical skills
Preferred
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Sales territory management experience
Experience with technology with emphasis on human services or post-acute settings
Salesforce.com experience
Expectations
Willingness to travel up to 50% following Client Representative program
