Job Description:

The Account Delivery Manager manages or refines the service delivery processes for Park Place Technologies’ strategic accounts. This position makes sure all strategic accounts receive the same services and treatments across the board and is directly involved in the functional and technical processes when providing expertise in navigation and problem resolution for key clients. 


 What you’ll be doing:



  • Works with Program Managers/Client Services resources providing added value technically.

  • Works with Field Service Managers and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Must be able to manage across several teams and is responsible for high complexity and ambiguity.

  • Key participant in Quarterly and Ad Hoc business reviews.

  • Maintain efficiency and costs in the service execution.

  • Reduce costs and streamline any processes to save the company money without negatively affecting the client or customer experience.

  • The service delivery manager controls customer satisfaction.

  • Researches and involves organizational resources in order to correct inaccuracies and improve ineffective client experiences.

  • Conducts customer evaluations to ensure the customer is satisfied.

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reviews of performance; includes presentation creation and delivery.

  • Keeps open communications with technical teams, IT and business partners.

  • Responsible for Project Plan(s) and ensuring they are communicated properly and finalized correctly.

  • Participates in assignments and projects involving senior management.

  • Act as the point person for the customer bridging their entire field service contract(s).

  • Other duties as assigned.

 What we’re looking for:



  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in field service delivery.

  • Minimum of 2 years in operations management.

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to support and mentor junior staff.

  • Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

  • Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility including shift and out of hours working.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.

  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility for work and desired outcomes.

  • Able to manage and prioritize and tasks and time efficiently.

  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

 Education:




  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
