Restaurant Cook at SAFE HARBOR MARINAS in North Palm Beach, Florida

Job Description:

The Cook prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

Restaurant:
Belle's Bar & Grill is currently hiring experienced Line cooks. Must be team oriented and reliable. Also, have experience in scratch kitchen, sauté & grill

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Maintain inventory control
Available to work overtime when required

Technical and Physical Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2 years' experience preferred
Relevant certification a plus
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, reach
Ability to lift 50 pounds

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers' needs
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context
Organizational skills are a must

Demonstrates ability to prioritize and work unsupervised
