YOUR ROLE

• Carries out all tasks related to Product Life Cycle management (from introduction to phase out) for the APC SBU (within the SBU level 2 outlined above) in NAMX
• Accompanies product introductions and coordinate with S&OP and innovation team.
• Steers product phase out process cross SBU for products under PLM ownership & coordinates product localizations cross region
• Initiates and controls all product related packaging changes + contribute to increasing sustainability of packaging.
• Coordinates raw material shortage management with purchasing and SBU & supports strategic purchasing measures to lower product cost for relevant baskets.
• Following the product and portfolio strategy approach ensure alignment with SBU strategy, support the SBU to review & segment its product ranges.
• Manage and reduce complexity where applicable at global or regional levels depending on priorities defined by SBU.

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, science, engineering or any related field.
  MBA is desirable
• At least 5 years working experience in related field. 3+ years Product Development or Technical Customer Service experience in the product line with knowledge of Hot Melt, Water based technologies is preferable
• 2+ years commercial experience in target markets for the product line desirable.
• Ability to prioritize/organize workload.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence to accomplish objectives through others
• Proficient with SAP and Data Warehouse systems
• Experienced with excel and data analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau is preferred
• .Experience in LEAN capabilities desirable.
