The Walmart Marketplace is a curated community of respected, professional sellers who offer only top-quality, authentic products and best-in-class customer services.


The Business Manager WEC, is responsible for managing our most strategic marketplace partnerships, empowering the tools and services that our sellers rely on to execute their Walmart marketplace strategy. This role is external facing, managing third party solution partners and working collaboratively to drive their implementation of the marketplace development roadmap. Seller success and customer satisfaction is key output from the work delivered in this role.

You'll make an impact by:



• Engaging with channel partners on cross promotional marketing engagements


• Creating, delivering and executing joint business plans with external companies


• Deep diving internal data, identifying signals for growth, and efficiently sharing with external partners to drive seller success.


• Product development roadmap planning, supporting internally by being the voice of the partner


• Fostering ongoing change management support to ensure our partners evolve their integrations as we continuously improve the marketplace API suite.


• Successfully managing Holiday/Peak readiness plans, providing insights to key stakeholders internally and externally


• Forecasting for seller acquisition and revenue targets


• Empowering our partner network through active issue mitigation efforts, and enablement initiatives


• Hosting highly detailed and regularly scheduled business reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR)


• Extending your knowledge of partnerships to internal teams to help foster an environment of understanding and inclusivity.



Preferred Qualifications



• 6+ years' experience in ecommerce business development or account management.


• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, ThoughtSpot, Tableau)


• Ability to pay attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful message from complex analysis


• Experience in eCommerce retail


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including v-lookups and pivot tables



Minimum Qualifications



• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field OR 2 years' experience in Business Management,
