Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Functional Test Lead

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
• 4 years of experience in Functional, Integration and Regression Testing
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good fundamentals in end to end testing - Functional, Integration, Regression
• Good knowledge in Test Planning, strategy, test cases design and execution, release testing
• Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications - both front end and backend
• Proficiency in API Testing - REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman

Good to have :

• Basic knowledge in Accessibility testing: WCAG, A / AA / AAA levels
• Good knowledge in database testing and SQL / noSQL
• Good knowledge in Unix / Linux commands
• Ability to understand code and debug issues and find root cause
• Basic knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GIT / Stash
• Problem solving and diagnostic mindset: root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Excellent Client Interfacing skills, great communication
• Good Analytical skills & Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
