Position Summary:
The End User Compute Senior functions as a lead representative for the End User Compute (EUC) staff and is responsible for providing guidance in areas of troubleshooting, decision making and prioritization of responsibilities. Facilitates effective and efficient use of technology systems by functioning as a central point of contact for customer needs relating to End User Compute devices and other related hardware needs. He/she is responsible for assessing management and customer needs, troubleshooting problems, and for making decisions and/or recommendations on best solutions. This is a lead position requiring broad knowledge and expertise in the areas of End User Compute, network configurations, application, and related support to system users. This position is the primary contact for EUC staff and assists the Manager- EUC in overseeing daily operations of EUC staff. As part of his/her duties, the End User Compute Senior is required to oversee the smooth flow of system issues and to give direction and make recommendations for more efficient methods of operation. Work situations are varied and require End User Compute expertise, organization, prioritization, analysis, problem solving, discretion and good judgment in decision making, and leadership. Extensive internal contacts are required with both staff and management personnel for the purpose of identifying needs, resolving problems, and providing training. External contacts include vendors and outside organizations for the purpose of obtaining information, negotiating contracts for services and purchases and resolving problems.

Minimum Requirements:
10 years' or more experience in a technology related environment: workstation management, application installation, or virtual
3 years lead or supervisory experience

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
AA in healthcare or A+ Certification or equivalent certifications, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred. Specific experience may be substituted for education.
Technical School classes (End User Compute)
Current Washington State Driver's License: and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
