Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:


  • The Administrative Office Coordinator oversees the administrative operations of an OBH site.

  • Provide receptionist duties to the clients and visitors.

  • Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff

  • Preparing charts

  • Collecting copays

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Medical record requests

  • Responsible for all clinical and administrative records

  • Maintaining office equipment.

  • This role purchases office supplies, handles petty cash, and weekly bank deposits.

  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Technical Competencies:

  • Accuracy of data entry.

  • Ability to work with clinical staff and psychiatric staff.

  • Ability to work with difficult phone calls in a calm and respectful manner.

  • Demonstrates good customer service skills.

  • Demonstrates good decision making
