YOUR ROLE

• The Sales Support (Channel Strategy Specialist) will work as part of an international and dynamic team that will support our internal teams in sales, key account management, business development, etc to develop and execute a sales channel strategy that will best service Henkel's customers in the packaging industry.
• Enable Sales performance in all regions by standardizing and optimizing tools along the entire sales process (trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing, key user community).
• Steer and implement transformational cross-A initiatives on Sales excellence topics for Henkel's packaging steering unit (APP).
• Social Selling; Support Social Selling initiatives for APP business unit.
• Identify opportunities to improve and train others on the Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM-system).
• Develop and provide input to the Sales Excellence training curriculum. In cooperation with the central training team (Campus).
• Represent APP SBU on global team call with our central Sales Excellence Marketing team (AMS) and our central Digital Expert Team (DXA).
• Test & roll out new tools / add-on functionalities for Sales excellence within the SBU.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of work experience (internships will also be considered) in Marketing, Project Management, Sales Support, or a related position is required.
• Very good language skills in English is required and additional fluency in Spanish is nice to have, but not required.
• Very strong conceptual and systematic thinking as well as problem-solving skills.
• SAP basic knowledge is preferred.
• Team-oriented, flexible, self-motivated and analytical thinker.
