Build solutions and solve critical business needs that involve a variety of technologies and methodologies: Salesforce.com Development, Full Stack Development, API Management, Test Automation, DevOps, Agile SCRUM, and Reliability & Security,
Specific Responsibilities:
Directly lead at least two teams of Salesforce developers; guide other development teams on how to best implement Salesforce solutions.
Recommend how to optimize all Salesforce products across Enterprise, including their integration with other platforms.
Build roadmaps; ensure best practices; and promote automation, scalable designs, and programmatic standards.
Recommend appropriate technology solutions to clients
Hands on software development and engineering.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or transcripts demonstrating near completion is required.
8+yrs of software engineering experience is required.
5+yrs in working with SFDC
Experience leading an agile software development teams is required.
A successful track record in delivering software products for large-scale projects is required.
Experience with architecting, developing, and launching applications that include web, mobile, API, and back-end connectivity is required.
Experience with source code management using Git is required.
Experience with Atlassian tools, especially JIRA, is required.
Experience in programming Apex, SFDC declarative build, and/or Salesforce certifications is required.
Experience in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and tools migration for projects on various platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, or others is required.
A deep knowledge of object-oriented programming is preferred.
Experience with GxP software development is helpful.
Experience with HIPAA compliance in software development is helpful.
Hands on experience in networking, databases, and cloud systems is preferred.
Extensive knowledge in various scripting languages and system & server administration is preferred.
Experience with architecting, integrating, and testing applications in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform environments, leveraging cloud services, is preferred.
The ability to build, develop, and deploy containers to support client applications is preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
