International Payroll Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The International Payroll Analyst will handle the daily processing of International Payroll and other US payroll departmental duties.

• Process International Payroll


• Pay and fund International tax payments, debit notices, etc.


• Reconcile general ledger accounts


• Process US bi-weekly payroll


• Reprint W2's upon request


• Process personnel adjustments such as vacation and sick balances


• Act as backup for tax analyst as needed for weekly processing and reporting


• Run other payroll as needed, audit payroll results, and handle post payroll processing


• Other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• 2 years of payroll experience required


• Working proficiency with SAP software


• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills


• Planning and time management skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with confidential matters

The successful candidate will have strengths in the following:

• International payroll experience


• SAP HCM experience


• Customer service and satisfaction
