Implementing tactical marketing activities to support the Business Unit and generate core sales growth by driving customer demand, building the customer base, and raising awareness and ROI.
Contributing to the Divisional marketing shared service model with specific talents
Participating in the activation and implementation of Corporate Marketing initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with key contacts (internal associates and management, as well as external agencies) for implementation and communication of all marketing assets from concept development to finished product, including development of sales presentations and collateral such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, header cards, samples, etc.
Work with inside and outside sales teams to deliver marketing assets and plan campus visits as requested
Suggest, evaluate, and monitor public relations and social media strategies, activities, and effectiveness to include press releases, blogs, white papers, posts, etc.
Evaluate and leverage industry associations for marketing opportunities
Perform regular audits of website as well as digital and print materials to ensure accuracy of information
Maintain oversight of BU budget, make recommendations as needed, submit project POs, reconcile, and approve expenses/invoices
Attend BLT, StratX and Period Review meetings. Share marketing update in meetings as requested by BU lead
Assist with development and tracking of lead-generation activities
Assist with research and analysis activities such as web metrics/trend analysis and tracking, competitive web site monitoring, customer research, and competitor research
Manage trade show schedule, materials, pre- and post-show publicity, lead evaluation, lead distribution and event evaluation
Liaison with sales channels to properly position products at trade shows, publications, events, and marketing opportunities
Assist in new product launches, creating and meeting deadlines for marketing materials, sustainability narrative and internal/external communications
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
Bachelor's in Marketing or similar field
2 - 3 years of related experience
A strong understanding of marketing technology tools is critical.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, be an excellent communicator, and work collaboratively in a dynamic global environment.
Ability to manage a budget of $500,000 - $2MM
