POSITION TITLE

Quality Assurance Tester Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Quality Assurance Tester / Analyst will be integral to our Digital Transformation and Customer Experience (CX). This role will participate in our deployment of Salesforce CRM Platform. This role will work closely with the Sales Enablement Product Team using Agile Project Management in JIRA.

The Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester / Analyst will report to the Customer Experience (CX) IT Capability Owner. Travel requirements are minimal but may be occasionally necessary to provide on-site collaboration for projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare test scenarios, scripts and perform different types of testing including smoke, functional, regression and User Acceptance Testing


• Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases


• Write clear, concise bug reports


• Detects, logs, and effectively communicate with developers and project managers program bugs


• Participates in Agile methodology ceremonies


• Ability to apply technical knowledge, such as analytical/judgment skills and critical thinking, with minimal guidance


• Problem solving skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans


• Analyze the results of test runs and determine the root cause of the deficiencies


• Fast paced environment requires problem solving and new challenges daily


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organize tasks efficiently, and perform QA testing function accurately

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• 3+ years in Software Quality Assurance field

• Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred


• Highly organized


• Good communicator


• Detail oriented


• Comfortable with technology
