Kforce has a client in Overland Park, KS is looking for a remote, contract to hire Talent Acquisition Manager.
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full cycle recruiting sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting/negotiating full-time offers. The person in this role is also responsible for the ownership of certain Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives as well as planning, coordinating, and attending career fairs and different events to promote the company's brand and image. They must have a proven ability to handle high-volume recruiting for multiple agency roles, including Creative, Project Management, Strategic Planning, UX, Media, Finance, Relationship Marketing and Account Management, with a defined and resourceful approach as to how they engage, assess and place well-matched talent.
Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 10-15+ openings across varying agency departments
Develop partnerships with department heads and hiring managers to fully understand the different departments within the agency and their key capabilities
Anticipate growth and potential staffing shifts within the agency
Execute the full-cycle recruiting process and provide guidance on process to junior-level TA team members
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will mentor junior-level members of the Talent team
Promote a positive candidate experience
Understand market insights and trends
Partner with hiring managers to better understand business needs; This includes conducting kickoff meetings and fostering ongoing communication throughout the recruiting process
Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
Strategize on how to promote agency recruiting efforts at career fairs and networking events
Talent Acquisition Managers lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for our internship program
REQUIREMENTS:
4-7 years of previous full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within an advertising agency setting
General interest and passion for full cycle recruiting and best practices
Ability to develop key relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Interest in working within the pharmaceutical advertising category
Friendly and outgoing with high customer service acumen
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment
Ambitious, proactive, and confident
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Desire to mentor junior-level members of the team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail
