Sales Operations Partner at WellSky in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Description:


  • Coordinate across key stakeholders (internal and external) for responding to RFPs across WellSky's business, including sales, finance, marketing and direct interaction with client and/or their consultants.

  • Project manage responses through a defined process of approvals through submission

  • Respond to all questions regarding corporate overview, using a combination of libraried responses and own writing when necessary.

  • Report on progress of the RFP submissions, trends, contributions to the broader business on defined timelines.

  • Problem solve on identified gaps in knowledge for responses by escalating and bringing together decision makers early, when identified.

  • Identify and streamline process improvements needed to increase efficiencies in RFP responses.



Required Experience - must have in this role/we will decline candidates if they do not have Project management experience, experience in the Office Suite of solutions


Preferred Experience - experience or skills that are nice to have, but not required Experience with SalesForce, technical writing background, experience in automated RFP tool preferred.
