SUMMARY



The Customer Service Representative is the support resource for our customers, partners and Commercial sales team. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team as a technical advisor and Commercial/ product advocate. The Customer Service Representative must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all Commercial and HVAC technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction.



Job Responsibilities: Commercial Customer Service Representative




  • Order entry and engaging in order/project management for Commercial Sales

  • Provide post-sales support to Internal and External customers

  • Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites on the sale of commercial equipment

  • Interfacing with other departments, the manufacturer as well as the customer on outstanding orders to ensure accurate processing of open PO orders based on commercial project

  • Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers including walk-in and telephone



Requirements: Commercial Customer Service Representative




  • High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years' experience

  • AA/AS degree with 2 years' experience preferred

  • 2-3 years' experience in sales, project management or customer service

  • Excellent customer service skills; good computer skills required (Microsoft applications)



Qualifications: Commercial Customer Service Representative




  • Our Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid problem-solving abilities with the competence to make recommendations
