Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrated SME experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with 10+ years of experience.


• Lead a team of technical resources to complete the BAU tasks.


• Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis, analyze business requirements, and develop an appropriate scope of work


• Preparing and reviewing the technical design documents and test scripts


• Design, Development, Testing and Deployment of the solutions to clients using the software tools and maintaining business standards and procedures


• Strong integration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM


• Exposure to AMS (production support and troubleshooting) and implementation projects


• HCM Extracts, Fast formulas, HDL/HSDL, BI


• Project Tracking and Status reporting


• Excellent communication and team skills


• Functional knowledge for the modules Global HR, Workforce compensation, Talent management, Payroll, Benefits

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ Years

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree
