After Hours Support Specialist at Liquid Env Solutions of Texas in Irving, Texas

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION**


  • Support the LES safety culture through adjusting and planning safe routes to customer sites in accordance with DOT rules and regulations

  • Manage after hours customer communication (inbound and outbound calls/emails) in a professional, warm, and friendly manner

  • Ability to support external and internal customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

  • Capable of learning, explaining, and applying a variety of company concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Work with cross functional teams to resolve after hours customer requests

  • Manage Customer Service email and voicemail box after hours

  • Execute route changes when needed due to emergency requests and FSTs calls and clearly communicate changes to FST in a timely manner

  • Troubleshoot FST tablet issues

  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS


  • Ability to productively work in an after-hours environment

  • Excellent organization skills coupled with judgement & decision making abilities

  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment

EDCUATION and/or EXPERIENCE


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

  • Associate degree or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Experience with Logistics Software and/or CRM Software (Highly Preferred)

  • Two to three (2-3) years of experience in logistics and/or customer service field or related area (Preferred)
