The Senior Financial Analyst performs a wide range of duties that includes: 

• Provide data and analytics to support senior management in formulating the business’ medium-to-long term financial and strategic plan


• Work with operating company leaders to build their annual budgets and forecasts


• Assist in developing models to assist with cash flow and P&L forecasting processes


• Assist in developing models to project long term growth and determine the key drivers impacting the business


• Provide insights to senior management around financial modeling, forecasts and profitability


• Deliver competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the regional leadership team


• Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance


• Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance


• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to increase productivity and optimize data quality


• Communicate to senior management the reasons behind LOB/Operating Company performance and results


• Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations


• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results


• Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives


• Assist in preparing business cases to support capex and strategic investments


• Other duties as assigned by supervisor


• Relevant experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field


• Minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical experience


• Experience using Tableau and Hyperion


• Professional certification such as a CPA, CMA or FP&A preferred but not required


• Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel, SQL queries and Tableau reports a plus but not required

• Ability to build relationships within the business as well as with peers in the Finance function

Work Requirements:

• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


• Must be 18 years in age or older


• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check


• Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook


• Regular and punctual attendance is required for assigned work times.


• Willingness to work independently and in a team environment


• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
