Summary of Job Duties:

Perform basic reception duties, including greeting visitors and students
Answer telephone, direct call, and take messages, data entry, sort and distribute mail, email, and other correspondence, operate a copy machine, printer, fax, scanner, computer and other office equipment



Qualifications:

Ideal student candidates will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering exemplary customer service. Must have ability to pay close attention to detail. Ability to multi-task when necessary. Student office assistants must have ability to communicate both orally and written in a professional manner. A student assistant must be able to work efficiently with interruptions involving walk-in and telephone inquiries. Student cannot be a CIS major.
