The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Client Support Product Lead, Analytics, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Troubleshoot assigned 3M software applications as well as interfaces (HL7, XML, etc.), Windows operating systems, network, Citrix & SQL


• Work on individual and team projects


• Represent 3M HIS in communications with external customers and 3M departments.


• Provide input to technical hardware configuration needs


• Collaborate with Customer Care, Implementations, Development, and Marketing teams to address technical concerns identified by 3M clients


• Assist with product training as needed with both client and internal staff


• Identify areas of opportunity to improve communications and efficiency of operation to improve customer satisfaction


• Support team processes and participate on cross-functional and Six Sigma teams


• Position may be required to be staffed during off hours 


• Required to provide after-hours on-call support


• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards.

• Demonstrated ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround


• Ability to juggle multiple internal and external requests in a calm, friendly and efficient way

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

-OR-

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and eight (8) years of experience in Software Support

• Five (5) years of Technical Support experience


• Three (3) years experience with 3M coding applications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with implementing or supporting the 360 Encompass System


• 360 Encompass System certified system administrator


• Experience in troubleshooting and configuring software applications and interfaces, using IIS, .Net, Tomcat, Apache or other Web Server technologies


• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SQL performance issues related to maintenance jobs, indexes, and database fragmentation


• Cisco CCIE certification or similar work experience


• AWS SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner Certification or similar work experience


• Inpatient or Outpatient coding industry experience


• Understanding of project management concepts


• Understanding of health care industry

Location: Murray, UT or Remote

Travel: May include up to 25% travel

The targeted compensation range for this position is $110,038 - $134,491. This targeted compensation range is specific to Colorado residents and can vary based on qualifications, business needs, etc. This information is being disclosed in accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
