Job Summary



Allvue is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic geographically dispersed and growing Talent Attraction team. Looking for a deadline focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to support our growing Engineering department. You should be focused, hardworking, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, process driven and consultative in nature. The technical recruiter will have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles and skills, the technology talent markets, as well as knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.


Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from job opening to offer acceptance focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and world class customer service both to internal and external customers.


• Frequent communications to hiring managers from intake and throughput process to identify challenges and propose effective recruiting strategies.


• Pre-screen candidates and ensure contact is maintained throughout, identifying potential prospects for future opportunities.


• Utilize applicant tracking system


• Promote internal referrals from existing employees


• Evaluate process, suggest improvements, and manage implementation of those improvements


• Understand how to support hiring managers for different teams across multiple offices, and other urgent hiring needs throughout the organization when needed


• Support or participate in recruiting events or programs to promote and improve our candidate pipeline (career fairs, onsite events, internship program, etc.)


• Promote employee brand through social media channels


• Act as an SME to the technical team, providing valuable insight into candidate market


• Be a champion for Allvue Systems and supportive of the companies' organizational objectives, values and mission.

Requirements

• Experienced recruiter with proven track record of success recruiting skilled candidates (ideally in a software / technical or financial services) environment, a mix of agency and in-house recruiting preferred


• Experience in self servicing "candidate leads" from industry standard sources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking events and referrals


• Experience in pre-qualifying candidates based on skills, communication, team, manager and cultural fit, as well as utilizing pre-hire assessments


• Ability to enthusiastically sell the employee value proposition


• Experience working with an ATS (we use iCIMS, preferred but not required)


• Experience with ADP, Sterling Background, or DocuSign is a plus, though not required


• Enthusiasm for continuous process improvement and feedback loop


• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedback


• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities and projects


• College/Campus recruiting experience a plus

Education/Certifications

• A degree from a 4 year university preferred
