Our Talent Acquisition team builds and drives leading strategy that informs the identification and placement of diverse, top talent around the country and across practice at Edelman. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a centralized, national team of talent acquisition professionals in which you'd specialize in recruitment for our Creative & Content Practice.

This highly motivated person will play an integral part in Edelman's continued growth by identifying leading, diverse talent for our winning team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support hiring across Edelman's US region and cover all practice areas, including creative, production, project management and content. A passion for creativity in recruitment, building a vast network and marketing the employer brand will be essential in this outstanding opportunity.

Responsiblities:


    • Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to come to Edelman. This includes everything from sourcing to outreach, attraction and assessment.

    • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative methods to address hiring needs, both immediate and long term.

    • Be a trusted and credible partner who proactively recommends solutions.

    • Become one of the experts for creative recruiting on the US Talent Acquisition team and ensure other teammates are set up for success when recruiting for these positions.

    • Establish collaborative, client and partner focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

    • Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point.

    • Regularly communicate recruitment status to Leadership, Manager, Finance and HRBPs.

    • Build and maintain relationships in the market through both established and updated channels.

    • Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.

    • Develop repeatable processes and find ways to streamline recruitment cycle.

    • Leverage different talent acquisition teams at Edelman, personal networks and beyond to keep a competitive edge in our recruitment efforts.

    • Collaborate with HR and Finance to develop compelling offers.

    • Keep all records up to date in ATS.

    • Work with Manager and teammates to upgrade recruiting tools and resources. Share knowledge across a cohesive team.

    • Participate in US Talent Acquisition team projects.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:


    • You have previous experience recruiting in a PR, Creative, Digital and/or Advertising agency environment

    • You use creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn and can make strategic recommendations

    • You have experience recruiting for creative, social media, project management and more

    • You have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

    • You have excellent, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills

    • You possess good judgment and the ability to uphold confidentiality

    • Your writing skills are exemplary

    • You're self-motivated and able to work proactively with a team and independently

    • You communicate effectively with internal clients as well as external candidates

Basic Qualifications:

    • You have a minimum 3+ years' experience in a recruitment role within a PR, Creative, Digital and/or Advertising agency or staffing agency environment
