Reports to: Director, Global Strategy and Marketing Operations Location: Goleta, California (Hybrid remote in California area)
The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate teammate who leads Product Marketing and inspires people to move through our innovative products and experiential storytelling.
The product marketing associate manager will be responsible for driving and implementing the product marketing go-to-market strategy by building product educational assets strategy and creating high-impact marketing content that supports the launch of products.
This role requires a strong ability to lead projects closely working with cross-functional teams such as Integrated Marketing team, Product Line Managers, Product Design teams, Global Communications, Creative, Legal, US Marketing teams.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Seasonal Product Marketing
Consolidate seasonal product information which includes the most up-to-date product briefs, booking order results, previous campaign results, and consumer insights.
Liaison between the Marketing team and Product team. Keep updating marketing key stakeholders with the most updated product launch calendar.
Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to apply product marketing information in their planning process.
Product Marketing Assets
Lead product educational assets strategy working closely with the global sales team, marketing team, and product team. Products include all shoes (Inline, SMU, Collab) and apparel.
Develop product education assets for trade and consumer-facing: Tech poster, a reference poster, product training materials, product video, virtual showroom, catalog, etc.
Insights and Analysis
Lead product-specific consumer insights such as purchaser survey and reflect the product marketing strategy each season.
Evaluate the impact of product assets in achieving their stated objectives.
Monitor both global consumer’s insights as well as product dynamics including HOKA & competitive product lineups, sales, and trends.

We’d love to hear from people with
Minimum 3 years of work experience in product, or field, or marketing in sports industry
Excellent knowledge and experience in performance footwear (running is preferable) and industry
Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
Experience leading product launches across multiple sales channels and target audiences
