Develop, own, and implement HR and talent strategies for the Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies (PMT) Commercial organization as well as PMT Headquarters functions. You will partner with and influence leaders to lead transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience & organization development/effectiveness. You will leverage your HR functional experience and organizational savvy to align business objectives with critical human resources and talent solutions.

This senior HR leadership role reports to the VPHR/CHRO for PMT, matrix reports to the Chief Commercial Officer, and is a member of the senior HR leadership team. With a primary focus on Commercial functions across sales capability/excellence, pricing, offering management, strategy, and marketing this role manages the HR team who supports PMT HQ functional leaders such as the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Head of M&A and others. Total direct client group of approximately 1200, with an addition indirect commercial client group of 1800 embedded in business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy a talent strategy for the PMT Commercial organization bringing the holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development to ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best talent.
- Work to align processes to drive strong and valid succession plans for SBU Chief Commercial Officer roles that translate into hires from succession, individual development plans, and other programs/initiatives aimed at strengthening the pipeline for executive GM roles.
- Partner with the Sales and Commercial Excellence leaders across PMT to drive salesforce effectiveness including supporting engagement & retention, vacancy rate (time to fill), strong performance management, training and development, and career development of our salesforce.
- In addition to Commercial responsibility, accountable for the talent strategy within Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Customer Experience, M&A, and Business Transformation.
- Determine the strategic and operational plans, HR and people strategy initiatives to meet those goals while aligning with corporate initiatives and creating/shaping solutions where open space exists.
- Develop and drive stakeholder change management plans appropriate to support transformational organizational change as needed.
- Provide organization development and effectiveness strategies and solutions which respond to a dynamic and evolving business organization.
- Benchmark the human resource function and implement a continuous improvement program, constantly finding, modifying, and implementing human resources best practices, focused on support of a dynamic, evolving business organization.
- Work on and provide leadership to special talent projects to address the most critical priorities such as talent attraction, capability development and retention.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree (Master's preferred)
10+ years' experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or OD/OE
HR functional excellence with experience as a generalist and specialist
