Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

* Assist sales reps during more complex or difficult sales calls

* Regularly participate in ride alongs to monitor the progress of new and existing sales reps

* Recruit, train, mentor and develop sales reps

* Conduct onsite sales presentations with the sales team

* Review sales activity and develop strategies with sales representatives

* Review and approve proposals

*Analyze and report pricing/sales and productivity reports

* Maintain communication between Sales, Installation and Service departments
